In the 1950s and 1960s, after a preliminary study, it was concluded that drinking tea can prevent cancer. However, there is no convincing answer as to why tea leaves are anti-cancer and which have the best anti-cancer effects. In order to uncover the mystery of tea against cancer as soon as possible, countries have invested a lot of manpower and financial resources. In recent years, scientists in China have found that tea can prevent the carcinogenic danger of nitrous acid compounds to the human body. Researched by the medical community, nitrite-based compounds are carcinogenic substances. Researchers believe that green tea, pressed tea, flower tea, oolong tea, and black tea can all block the formation of nitrous acid compounds. Animal experiments showed that Fujian tea, Tieguanyin, Hainan green tea, red broken tea and Hangzhou Chaoqing could all inhibit the incidence of esophageal cancer in rats. Tea can not only inhibit the formation of nitrous acid compounds, but also inhibit its carcinogenic effects. Scientists also made research
