生脉主射液中人参总皂甙的含量测定,文献报道有薄层扫描法、薄层一比色法、大孔吸附树旨分离一比包法。前两法操作较繁、影响因索多。大孔树脂分离一比色法,采用从注射液中直接和去妻冬皂甙等干扰吸收。由于共存组分的干拢与生药材质量和生产制备工艺密切相关,因此这种方法并不能有效地消除共存组分对人参总皂甙含量测定的干扰。
