目前非典的防治工作正在积极有序地进行,并已取得了阶段性的成果,发病率在减少,治愈率在上升,病死率在降低,形势喜人。但是非典的发生,也向人们敲响了警钟,我们应该从中汲取深刻的教训,防患于未然,今后再遇到类似突发事件,要做到水来土掩,兵来将挡,争取更有主动权。非典的发生,使我联想起国人的卫生习惯与文明行为等方面的问题。在我国,随地吐痰的行为屡见不鲜,由于司空见惯,因此见了也不以为怪。台湾著名作家柏杨曾经说过这样一句话:“什么叫爱国,你少在地上吐口痰就行了。”(载于《海外文摘》2001年增刊号)一定有人会觉得这句话说得有些危言耸听,吐痰与爱国风马牛不相及,如何能挂起钩来?下面我讲一个中国旅游者到巴黎卢浮宫观光的亲身遭
