教师聘任制改革是高职院校管理体制改革的重要方面,具有深刻内涵。随着高职院校岗位聘任制的实行和制度的不断完善,高职院校的人事档案工作也受到重大的影响,面临着严峻的挑战。文章在分析岗位聘任改革对高职院校人事档案管理工作的具体影响的基础上,提出几点加强高职院校人事档案管理工作的对策措施。
Teacher appointment system reform is an important aspect of the management system reform in higher vocational colleges, with profound connotation. With the implementation of post appointment system in higher vocational colleges and the constant improvement of the system, personnel files in higher vocational colleges are also greatly affected and face severe challenges. Based on the analysis of the specific impact of post employment reform on personnel file management in higher vocational colleges, the article puts forward some countermeasures to strengthen personnel file management in higher vocational colleges.
