近年来,各级基层党组织坚持用面向未来的眼光来谋划党的建设,用服务大局的成效来衡量党的建设,用求真创新的手段来发展党的建设,积极探索推进党的建设科学化的新思路,并取得了较好成效。但对照新形势、新任务、新要求,基层党建工作的领导体制和工作机制、党建工作固有的方式方法、基层党组织队伍建设等还不能完全适应基层党的建设科学化要求,为此我们必须通过完善工作体制、推进思路创新、加强队伍建设等不断提升基层党建工作的科学化水平。
