目的了解荆门市2006-2009年碘盐批发企业和居民用户碘盐监测结果,分析存在的问题。方法根据《湖北省碘盐监测实施细则》中规定的抽样方法进行随机抽查和结果判定,盐碘测定采用GB/T 13025-1999中的直接滴定法。结果 4年来,3县、市批发企业批质量合格率为98.88%(88/89),盐碘中位数为29.2~32.6 mg/kg,变异系数为10.77%~18.20%;监测5个县(市、区),104个乡镇(街办),414个村的居民户食用盐3 780份,碘盐合格率为97.26%;非碘盐率为0.21%;居民户盐碘中位数为30.6~32.6 mg/kg;以县(市、区)为单位,碘盐合格率、合格碘盐食用率每年均在93%以上,碘盐覆盖率均在99%以上。结论荆门市批发企业和居民户碘盐均合格、全市已经到达消除碘缺乏病碘盐的相应指标要求。
Objective To understand the monitoring results of iodized salt of iodized salt wholesalers and residents in Jingmen City from 2006 to 2009 and analyze the existing problems. Methods According to the sampling method specified in “Implementation Rules of Iodized Salt Monitoring in Hubei Province”, random sampling and determination of results were carried out. Salt iodine determination was performed by direct titration in GB / T 13025-1999. Results In the past 4 years, the qualified rate of batch quality of wholesale enterprises in 3 counties and cities was 98.88% (88/89), the median of salt iodine was 29.2-32.6 mg / kg, the coefficient of variation was 10.77% ~ 18.20% Municipalities and districts), 104 townships (street offices), and residents of 414 villages had 3,780 servings of salt, with a pass rate of 97.26% for iodized salt, 0.21% for non-iodized salt, and a median of 30.6 for salt water ~ 32.6 mg / kg. The qualified rates of iodized salt and qualified iodized salt in each county (city and district) are above 93% annually, and the coverage of iodized salt is above 99%. Conclusion Jingmen City, wholesale enterprises and households iodized salt are qualified, the city has reached the iodine deficiency of iodized salt to eliminate the corresponding indicators of the request.
