测量了基于金属线路板的1 W大功率蓝光LED和相同结构、同类芯片制作的大功率白光LED的输入功率、光通量和发光效率等参数,并对蓝光LED和白光LED的光通量、发光效率随输入功率的变化情况进行了比较。实验结果表明当输入功率小于一定值时,蓝光LED相对发光效率低于白光LED的相对发光效率,而当输入功率大于此值时,蓝光LED的相对发光效率高于白光LED的相对发光效率,白光LED发光效率下降较快的主要原因是荧光粉转换效率的下降。
Measured the input power, luminous flux and luminous efficiency of 1W high power blue LED based on metal circuit board and the same structure and same chip, and measured the luminous flux and luminous efficiency of the blue LED and white LED with the input Power changes were compared. The experimental results show that when the input power is less than a certain value, the relative luminous efficiency of the blue LED is lower than that of the white LED. When the input power is greater than this value, the relative luminous efficiency of the blue LED is higher than that of the white LED. The main reason for the rapid decline in LED luminous efficiency is the decrease of the phosphor conversion efficiency.
