目的探讨外周静脉血脂蛋白a[LP(a)]与2型糖尿病勃起功能障碍(ED)的相关性,为糖尿病ED患者的治疗和预防提供理论依据。方法采用免疫透射比浊法测定31例2型糖尿病合并ED患者(ED组)和31例2型糖尿病未伴ED患者(对照组)的外周静脉血中LP(a)水平,并进行血脂和阴茎血流检测。采用Pearson相关分析LP(a)与阴茎海绵体动脉直径(CAD)、阴茎深动脉血流最大值(PSV)和国际勃起功能指数(IIEF-5)的关系。结果 ED组LP(a)及总胆固醇(TC)水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);Pearson相关分析结果显示,ED组LP(a)与PSV(r=-6.24)、CAD增粗的百分率(r=-8.20)、IIEF-5(r=-8.11)呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论 LP(a)是糖尿病患者发生ED的危险因素,可能通过造成阴茎海绵体动脉硬化导致ED的发生。
Objective To investigate the correlation between peripheral venous lipoprotein α (LP) and erectile dysfunction (ED) in type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM) and provide a theoretical basis for the treatment and prevention of diabetic ED. Methods The levels of LP (a) in peripheral venous blood of 31 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus (ED) and 31 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus without ED (control group) were determined by immunoturbidimetry. Lipid and penile Blood flow test. Pearson correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between LP (a) and penile cavernous diameter (CAD), penile penile artery maximum flow (PSV) and International Index of Erectile Function (IIEF-5). Results The levels of LP (a) and total cholesterol (TC) in ED group were significantly higher than those in control group (P <0.05). The Pearson correlation analysis showed that LP (a) and PSV (r = , The percentage of CAD thickening (r = -8.20), and IIEF-5 (r = -8.11) were negatively correlated (P <0.01). Conclusion LP (a) is a risk factor for ED in diabetic patients, which may lead to the occurrence of ED by causing atherosclerosis of the penis.
