本文通过大量的冷轧扭钢筋粘结锚固的拉拔试验,较详细地分析了冷轧扭钢筋的粘结锚固机理、影响粘结锚固的主要因素,在统计分析的基础上给出了冷轧扭钢筋各种粘结强度特征值的计算公式,推导出冷轧扭钢筋的临界锚固长度计算公式,并通过17根梁式锚固试验进行验证,最后在可靠度分析的基础上提出了冷轧扭钢筋混凝土构件粘结锚固长度的设计建议,为编制国家标准《冷轧扭钢筋混凝土构件技术规程》提供了依据。
In this paper, through a large number of cold-rolled and twisted steel bars, the pull-out test of bond anchorage is used to analyze in detail the bonding and anchoring mechanism of cold-rolled and twisted bars and the main factors affecting the bonding and anchoring. On the basis of statistical analysis, the cold rolling is given. The calculation formulas for the characteristic values of various bond strengths of twisted steel bar are derived, and the formula for calculating the critical anchoring length of cold rolled and twisted bars is deduced and verified by 17 beam anchorage tests. Finally, a cold rolling twist is proposed on the basis of reliability analysis. The design suggestion of the bond anchorage length of the reinforced concrete member provides the basis for compiling the national standard “Technical specification for cold rolled and twisted reinforced concrete components”.
