为了在英语教学中充分体现学生的主体地位,培养学生的团队合作精神,使学生养成自觉学习、自我约束、自我管理的行为习惯,努力提高英语水平,改变目前高职英语教学中存在“聋哑英语”和低效现象,为学生走向社会职业和终身学习做好准备,本文对团队精神应用于高职英语教学进行了剖析和实践研究,认为将团队合作精神应用于高职英语教学是可行必要的。通过英语教学现状调查,结合教学目标和任务进行班级合理分组,开展教学活动;对团队精神应用在英语教学过程中取得的效果进行分析和总结。同时也为英语教学中贯彻学生的素质教育提出新的想法。
In order to fully embody the student’s subjective position in English teaching and cultivate students’ teamwork spirit, students develop the behavioral habits of self-learning, self-discipline, and self-management, strive to improve the English level, and change the current existence in higher vocational English teaching. Deaf and dull English "and inefficient phenomenon, to prepare students for social career and lifelong learning. This article analyzes and practically applies the team spirit to English teaching in higher vocational education, and believes that the team spirit is applied to English teaching in higher vocational education. It is feasible and necessary. Through the investigation of the status quo of English language teaching, combining the teaching objectives and tasks to classify the class reasonably, and carrying out teaching activities; the effect of the application of team spirit in English teaching is analyzed and summarized. At the same time, it also puts forward new ideas for carrying out the quality education of students in English teaching.
