近年来,由于一些乡镇和学校拖欠的养老金数额不断上升,连江县机关事业养老保险基金收不抵支现象日益严重。在机关社保工作面临进退两难之时,连江县领导高度重视,及时采取有力措施,使机关社保工作得以完整保留和继续发展。连江县机关社保工作起步于1995年10月,实行“全员参保”。截止2001年6月,全县参保单位294个,参保的在职人员为11336人,离退休人员3189人。共收缴养老保险基金12664万元(其中个人缴费1482万元),支付养老金12417万
In recent years, due to the continual increase in the amount of pensions owed by some towns and schools, the non-payment of the endowment insurance fund of the organs and agencies of Lianjiang County has become increasingly serious.
