作者选择已在2、4、6月龄接受白喉、破伤风类毒素—百日咳无细胞菌苗(ADTP)或白喉、破伤风类毒素—百日咳全细胞菌苗(WDTP)初次免疫的儿童,于15~20月龄时给予ADTP加强注射,并在注射后6、24、48小时,第3~14天观察局部及全身反应。在加强注射前和加强注射后1个月抽血测定抗体水平,用ELISA法测抗-百日咳毒素(PT)、抗-丝状血凝素(FHA)及破伤风抗毒素,用中国仓鼠卵巢(CHO)细胞测抗-PT效价,用Vero细胞测白喉抗毒素效价。
The authors selected children who had first immunizations of diphtheria, tetanus toxoid-pertussis acellular bacterin (ADTP) or diphtheria, tetanus toxoid-pertussis whole-cell vaccine (WDTP) at 2, 4, ADTP booster injection was given at 20 months of age and local and systemic reactions were observed 6, 24, 48 hours, and days 3-14 after injection.
