用化学共沉淀法制备出纳米CdIn2O4超微粉,研究了制备条件对材料相结构的影响.对其电导研究表明,纳米CdIn2O4的导电性受气氛影响很大,在空气中受表面吸附氧的数量和状态的影响,呈n型半导体的特性,有和SnO2一样的典型电导一温度曲线,而在氩气中则更多呈现出金属导电性.对CdIn2O4气敏性能研究表明,由CdIn2O4纳米粉制成的旁热式厚膜气敏元件在350℃对两酮有较高的灵敏度和选择性.
Nanocomposite CdIn2O4 nanopowders were prepared by chemical coprecipitation. The effects of preparation conditions on the phase structure of the materials were studied. The conductance studies show that the conductivity of CdIn2O4 nanoparticles is greatly affected by the atmosphere, which is influenced by the amount and state of surface adsorbed oxygen in the air. It has the characteristic of n-type semiconductor and has the same typical conductivity-temperature curve as SnO2 In argon, the metal is more conductive. The research on the gas sensitivity of CdIn2O4 shows that the side-heated thick film gas sensor made of CdIn2O4 nanopowder has higher sensitivity and selectivity to two ketones at 350 ℃.
