我国至今尚未制定法定的饮片质量标准,仅用《炮制规范》等控制饮片质量。此类规范仅收载来源和炮制方法等,至多增收饮片性状。除乌头类等少数饮片外,均未设置各项质检项目及其控制质量的指标。长期以来饮片质量优劣无统一标准,仅凭药工药检人员感观而定,主观性强,检查者无统一尺度衡量,导致饮片质量普遍存在问题。据我所近几年全区中药饮片质量考核情况看,县城内各医药部门的中药饮片,约有7.8～20.9％不合《炮制规范》要求。主要问题有:规定使用地上部分者含较多地下部分;规定使用地下部分者含较多地上部分;果肉类药含果核;花类和果类药未
China has not yet established a statutory quality standard for decoction pieces, and only uses the “concocted specifications” to control the quality of decoction pieces.
