目的:研究丁香苦苷的体内动态变化规律。方法:家兔静脉注射丁香苦苷注射液,采集血样,固相柱活化方法处理血浆后高效液相色谱法测定丁香苦苷血浆浓度,采用药动学软件Multi97进行数据处理,确定药动学参数。结果:丁香苦苷给药后在体内符合二室模型分布,其主要药动学参数如下:T1/2(α)=2.655 min,T1/2(β)=16.54 min,AUC=272.32μg.mL-1.min,CL=0.0371 mL.min-1,K12=0.124 min-1,K21=0.0908 min-1。结论:丁香苦苷在体内分布快,起效迅速,消除也快,体内滞留时间短。
Objective: To study the dynamic changes of sulphopicrin in vivo. METHODS: Rabbits were injected intravenously with selegidomide injection, blood samples were collected, plasma was treated by solid phase column activation method, plasma concentration of schimonin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography, and pharmacokinetic software Multi97 was used for data processing to determine pharmacokinetic parameters. . RESULTS: After administration of sLicopurine, the in vivo distribution of the two-compartment model was met. The main pharmacokinetic parameters were as follows: T1/2(α)=2.655 min, T1/2(β)=16.54 min, AUC=272.32 μg.mL. -1.min, CL = 0.0371 mL.min-1, K12 = 0.124 min-1, K21 = 0.0908 min-1. Conclusion: Sulflusin has a rapid distribution in the body, rapid onset, rapid elimination, and short residence time in vivo.
