目的了解永州市医疗机构消毒质量状况,找出其中薄弱环节,加以提高和改进,控制医院内感染的发生,保障人们的身体健康。方法 2001-2008年对辖区内市级医疗机构、县级医疗机构和市级企、事业单位内部医务室的室内空气、使用中消毒液、一次性医疗用品、物体表面、医务人员手样、压力蒸汽灭菌器进行了抽样监测。结果 2001-2008年共采样8 205份,合格样品7 602份,合格率为92.7%。2001-2008年合格率依次为87.5%、88.9%、90.6%、91.8%、95.0%、95.3%、96.0%、96.1%。2001-2004年总合格率为90.0%,2005-2008年总合格率为95.6%。市级医疗机构、县级医疗机构、市级企、事业单位内部医务室总合格率依次为95.0%、93.1%、86.4%,室内空气、使用中消毒液、一次性医疗用品、物体表面、医务人员手样、压力蒸汽灭菌器合格率依次为85.4%、96.4%、97.0%、90.0%、90.8%、98.4%。结论永州市医疗机构消毒与灭菌效果较好,呈现逐年上升趋势,医疗机构级别越高,消毒合格率越高。尤其是2002、2003年采取干预措施后,消毒质量有了显著提高,但市级企、事业单位内部医务室消毒意识还有待加强,空气消毒质量还有待提高。
Objective To understand the quality of disinfection of medical institutions in Yongzhou, identify the weak links among them, improve and improve them, control the occurrence of nosocomial infections, and ensure people’s health. Methods During the period of 2001-2008, indoor air, disinfectant in use, disposable medical supplies, surface of objects, and medical staffs in the area were put under the control of the municipal medical institutions, county-level medical institutions, municipal-level enterprises and institutions, Steam sterilizers were sampled for monitoring. Results A total of 8 205 samples and 7 602 qualified samples were obtained during 2001-2008 with a pass rate of 92.7%. The passing rates in 2001-2008 were 87.5%, 88.9%, 90.6%, 91.8%, 95.0%, 95.3%, 96.0% and 96.1% respectively. The total qualification rate from 2001 to 2004 was 90.0%. The total qualification rate from 2005 to 2008 was 95.6%. The overall pass rates of municipal medical institutions, county-level medical institutions, municipal-level enterprises and public medical institutions were 95.0%, 93.1% and 86.4% respectively, indoor air, disinfectant used, disposable medical supplies, surface of objects, The sampling rate of personnel steaming and pressure steam sterilizer were 85.4%, 96.4%, 97.0%, 90.0%, 90.8% and 98.4% respectively. Conclusion The disinfection and sterilization effects of medical institutions in Yongzhou are good, showing an upward trend year by year. The higher the level of medical institutions, the higher the pass rate of disinfection. Especially in 2002 and 2003, the quality of disinfection has been significantly improved after the interventions were taken. However, awareness of disinfection in the internal medical institutions of municipal-level enterprises and institutions needs to be further strengthened and the quality of air disinfection needs to be improved.
