棉蚜从越冬寄主植物迁飞到越夏寄主植物有日节律变化。试验观察结果表明，棉蚜的迁飞在一日之内有两个高峰期，第一高峰期在上午１０ 时左右，第二高峰期在下午２时左右。迁飞前有翅蚜体内总脂含量和脂酶活力显著高于迁飞后有翅蚜，说明迁飞消耗体内的能源物质是脂肪，其次是糖。
Cotton aphid migrated from wintering host plants to summer host plants have a rhythm change. The test results show that the cotton aphid migration within one day there are two peaks, the first peak at about 10 am, the second peak at about 2 pm. The total lipid content and lipase activity of the winged aphids were significantly higher than those of the aphids after the migration, indicating that the energy material in the migrating body was fat, followed by sugar.
