目的了解北京市昌平区市售农产品中重金属污染物含量的数据,掌握该辖区内该类产品销售和使用的卫生质量状况。方法 2011年4—10月,随机抽样调查辖区内不同规模不同类型销售企业,并对其销售的农产品抽检,共采集135件样品进行了铅、镉、汞含量检测,检测结果按照国家相关标准评价。结果检测样品135件,合格114件,合格率84.44%。其中,大米、玉米及其制品的合格率分别为90%和80%,根茎类蔬菜、叶菜类蔬菜和果菜类蔬菜的合格率均为80%,豆类蔬菜、猪肾和干食用菌的合格率分别为40%、60%和66.67%,面粉、猪肝、鲜食用菌、小麦、河蟹的合格率均为100%。结论北京市昌平区市售农产品中存在重金属含量超标现象,卫生质量状况不容小视,需进一步加强监管。
Objective To understand the contents of heavy metal pollutants in agricultural products sold in Changping District of Beijing and to know the quality of health products sold and used in this area. Methods From April to October of 2011, random sampling was conducted to investigate different types of sales enterprises of different sizes in the area and sampling of the agricultural products they sold were collected. A total of 135 samples were collected for the determination of lead, cadmium and mercury. The test results were evaluated according to relevant national standards . Results 135 samples tested, 114 qualified, with a pass rate of 84.44%. Among them, the passing rate of rice, corn and their products were 90% and 80%, respectively, and the passing rate of root vegetables, leaf vegetables and fruit vegetables were 80%, and that of legume vegetables, pig kidney and dry edible fungi The pass rates were 40%, 60% and 66.67% respectively. The pass rates of flour, pork liver, fresh mushrooms, wheat and crabs were all 100%. Conclusion There is an excessive content of heavy metals in the market of agricultural products in Changping District of Beijing. The quality of health should not be underestimated, and the supervision should be further strengthened.
