桩核修复技术是临床工作中用于残根残冠修复的必要手段,残根残冠的保留技术经历了钢丝自制根管桩、铸造桩核、玻璃纤维桩等更新换代,技术仍在逐渐更新、完善。传统的金属分体铸造桩核修复技术仍然是残根、残冠修复的主要手段[1]。但是随着磁共振成像技术(MRI)的广泛应用,由于检查而拆除口内金属修复体的病例有所增加,非金属桩核系统具有良好的物理性能、良好生物相容性而开始用于牙科领域[2]。
Post-core repair technique is a necessary tool for the repair of residual root crown in clinical work. The residual root residual crown technique has undergone the replacement of wire-made root canal post, cast post core, glass fiber post and so on, and the technology is still gradually updated ,perfect. Traditional metal split cast post and core post-core repair techniques are still the root, residual crown repair the main means [1]. However, with the widespread use of Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), there has been an increase in the number of cases of removal of intraoral prostheses due to inspection. Non-metallic post core systems have been used in the dental field due to their good physical properties and good biocompatibility [2].
