对泥鳅人工繁殖生态因子的最适生态幅进行了研究。结果表明,选用Ⅱ～Ⅲ龄、体长150mm以上雌泥鳅,按性比(♀:(?))1:1配组,注射HCG,在水体pH值7～8,水温20～26℃、自然光照状况时可获得最佳繁殖效果;鱼巢以选用棕片类多纤维物为佳。
The optimum ecological amplitude of artificial propagation of loach artificial propagation was studied.
