目的:优选抵党胶囊的醇提工艺。方法:以大黄酸、大黄素、大黄酚的综合提取率为评价指标,采用高效液相色谱法测定指标成分含量,单因素试验法考察提取温度、乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间、提取次数;选取乙醇体积分数、乙醇用量、提取时间为考察因素,正交试验法优选抵党胶囊醇提工艺。结果:抵党胶囊的最佳提取工艺为全方药材粗粉加8倍量70%乙醇于90℃加热回流提取2次,每次40 min。结论:该提取工艺合理可行,可为抵党胶囊的工业化生产提供参考依据。
Objective: To optimize the alcohol extraction process of the capsule. Methods: Taking the comprehensive extraction rate of rhein, emodin and chrysophanol as evaluation index, the content of index components was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The extraction temperature, the volume fraction of ethanol, the amount of ethanol, the extraction time and the number of extraction were investigated by single factor test The volume fraction of ethanol, the amount of ethanol and the extraction time were selected as the investigation factors. The orthogonal test was the best choice for alcohol extraction from the capsule. Results: The best extraction process for the capsule capsule for the whole herbs plus 8 times the amount of 70% ethanol at 90 ℃ heating reflux extraction two times, each 40 min. Conclusion: The extraction process is reasonable and feasible, which can provide a reference for the industrial production of the capsule.
