介绍了一种采用组合红外阴极和静电聚焦电子光学系统的新型红外扫描变像管。组合红外阴极是利用电子俘获材料的快速红外上转换特性,并将其制成红外上转换屏与可见光阴极耦合构成的。这种新型红外扫描变像管的波长响应范围可延伸至800~1600nm,转换效率的峰值波长为1165nm,时间分辨率优于15ps。
A new infrared scanning tube with a combination of an infrared cathode and an electrostatic focusing electron optical system is introduced. Combination of infrared cathode is the use of electron capture material fast infrared upconversion characteristics, and made of infrared conversion screen and visible light cathode composition. The new infrared scanning tube for variable wavelength wavelength response can be extended to 800 ~ 1600nm, the conversion efficiency of the peak wavelength of 1165nm, time resolution better than 15ps.
