病例 男,54岁,因"确诊鼻咽癌4年余,头痛10 d",于2010年7月8日入院.患者2006年3月鼻咽镜活检提示鼻咽低分化鳞癌,2006年5～8月在我院门诊行6MVX放疗,放疗结束后予DF(顺铂+氟尿嘧啶)方案化疗2周期,DF+NVB(顺铂+氟尿嘧啶+长春瑞滨)方案化疗4周期.
