为提高市级重点课题的研究质量,促进北京市普通教育科学研究工作的进一步发展,更好地为本市教育改革和发展服务,特制定本管理办法。 第一条 课题立项的基本原则 1.对北京市教育改革和发展有重要现实意义和指导作用或对教育理论的丰富和发展有重要学术价值。 2.掌握该项研究课题国内外研究现状,立论根据充足,研究内容和目标明确具体,研究方法和步骤科学、可行。 3.课题组长和主要参加者具有一定的理论水平和实践经验,能按计划保质保量完成任务。 4.申报课题应在北京市教育科学规划领导小组制定的课题指南范围内,或符合相应要求。
