国培计划方兴未艾,而“幼师国培”在培训过程中面临诸多问题,培训效果不太理想。除去启动晚、任务重等客观原因,很重要的一个原因是培训的现状与教师个人的培训需求相偏离。本文通过调查幼儿园骨干教师的个人培训需求,分析总结出教师对培训内容、形式、培训者、培训时间地点、培训考核方式、管理措施及激励机制诸方面的需求,并从政府,培训方,教师个人,幼儿园四个方面综合分析出应对这些需求的措施,以促进“幼师国培”计划的细致完善及其发展、实现其价值、提高其效益、促进幼师专业素养与能力的培养和提升,从而提高农村幼儿教师队伍的整体素质。
