飞来峡水利枢纽位于北江干流上,北江是广东省粤北地区通往珠江三角洲重要水运干线。根据飞来峡水利枢纽施工导流分二期建设的特点,其施工通航:一期施工是利用右岸河床扩大段通航;二期施工是利用一期已建好的15孔泄水孔临时通航。飞来峡水利枢纽整个施工建设时间,除蓄水发电期间外,均未影响北江航运,为低水头电站建设期解决施工通航积累经验。
Feilaixia Water Control Project is located on the mainstream of the Beijiang River, an important trunk line leading to the Pearl River Delta in northern Guangdong Province. According to the characteristics of the construction diversion of Feilaixia Hydro Project in two phases, the construction is navigable: the first-stage construction is to utilize the enlarged section of the riverbed on the right bank for navigation; the second-stage construction is to utilize the 15-hole scuppers which have been built for temporary access. The construction time of Feilaixia Hydro Project has not affected the shipping of Beijiang River except during the period of water storage and power generation and has accumulated experience for the construction of low head hydropower station during construction period.
