为了获得红栓菌胞外多糖 ,研究了红栓菌深层培养条件。用优化的发酵培养基 ,深层培养红栓菌 ,经 2 8℃ ,160r/min的摇瓶培养 ,84h后 ,红栓菌胞外多糖的产量可达 1 5 2 g/L。在气升式发酵罐中进行培养 ,红栓菌菌丝球的生长遵循Logistic模型 ,即Xt =( 0 172e2 953t) / [1 0 32 8( 1 e2 953t) ],当通气量为 0 8vvm时 ,培养 84h后 ,胞外多糖产量可以达到 1 65 g/L。
In order to obtain the extracellular polysaccharide of Triticum atrophanes, the culture conditions of Triticum atritus were studied. The optimum fermentation medium was used to culture M. trachomatis. After culturing in shake flask at 28 ℃ and 160 r / min for 84 h, the production of extracellular polysaccharide of Trichosporon could reach up to 152 g / L. The growth of H. myriaster mycelia follows the Logistic model, ie, Xt = (0 172e2 953t) / [1 0 32 8 (1 e2 953t)] when aeration is 0 8vvm After 84 h cultivation, the yield of extracellular polysaccharide can reach 1 65 g / L.
