由于混流式水轮机在高水头部分负荷区域运行时内部流态非常复杂,可能会出现叶道涡及尾水管涡带等水力不稳定现象.为了探讨在转轮叶片间存在不同水流状态时叶片出口处的水压脉动情况,专门在JF1055模型水轮机上进行了10个工况、3个测点位置的水压脉动试验研究.试验是在高精度水力机械模型通用试验台上进行的.试验分两步进行,第一步为不带小铜管试验,第二步为带小铜管试验.试验结果表明,紧靠转轮下环叶片出口处的水压脉动幅值约为尾水锥管上常规测点处水压脉动幅值的3~5倍.
As the internal flow of Francis turbine is very complicated when it operates in the high-head part load area, the instability of water vortex in the vortex shedding and draft tube may occur. In order to investigate the water pressure pulsation at the outlet of the blade when there are different water flow states among the runner blades, the hydraulic pulsation test of 10 working conditions and 3 measuring points was conducted on JF1055 model turbine. The test was carried out on a universal test rig for high-precision hydraulic machinery. Test in two steps, the first step is not with a small brass test, the second step with a small brass test. The test results show that the amplitude of water pressure pulsation near the outlet of the lower ring of the runner is about 3 ~ 5 times of the amplitude of water pressure pulsation at the conventional measuring point on the tail water cone.
