党的十六届六中全会通过的《中共中央关于构建社会主义和谐社会若干重大问题的决定》(以下简称《决定》)指出:社会主义核心价值体系是建设和谐文化的根本,要“坚持以社会主义核心价值体系引领社会思潮,尊重差异,包容多样,最大限度地形成社会思想共识”。然而,我国社会变迁的一个重大变化就是价值取向的多样化。这种发展趋向,意味着核心价值体系的主导性面临冲击,面临着新的矛盾与挑战。因此,在建设社会主义核心价值体系的大工程中,一个重要任务,就是要增强核心价值体系的吸引力,使核心价值体系广泛地成为人们的价值观念,最大限度地为广大群众所认同。
The “Decision of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China on Several Major Issues concerning the Building of a Harmonious Socialist Society” (the “Decision”) adopted by the 6th Plenary Session of the 16th Central Committee of the Party states: The socialist core value system is the foundation for building a harmonious culture and “ The socialist core value system leads the social ideological trend, respects the differences, contains diversity and maximizes the formation of social ideological consensus. ” However, a major change in the social changes in our country is the diversification of values. This trend of development means that the dominance of the core value system is under attack and faces new contradictions and challenges. Therefore, in the major project of building a socialist core value system, an important task is to enhance the attractiveness of the core value system, to make the core value system widely become people’s values and to maximize its acceptance by the masses.
