面对高职教育规模的不断扩大和迅速发展,科学的教育理念和具有特色的教学方法就成为提高高职教学质量的关键。笔者以当前高职教育所面临的一些实际问题展开论题,讨论其形成原因及解决办法。并结合教学,为培养高职教师科学的教学理念及教学特点,提高教育质量提出一些建议。
Faced with the continuous expansion and rapid development of the scale of higher vocational education, scientific education philosophy and distinctive teaching methods have become the key to improve the quality of teaching in higher vocational colleges. The author starts with some practical problems facing the current higher vocational education and discusses its causes and solutions. Combining with teaching, this paper puts forward some suggestions for cultivating the scientific teaching ideas and teaching features of higher vocational teachers and improving the quality of education.
