脐血管导管术分脐动脉及脐静脉两种,前者可用于取血,测血压、输液,交换输血等,后者除用于交换输血外,很少应用.生后立即进行插管是最容易的,5～7天后能否成功插入导管取决于脐根部的情况.如保持一定长度,清洁,无菌,切掉于燥部分仍能看清动、静脉者则可应用.1 脐动脉导管术1.1 适应证(1)危重患儿或极低出生体重儿须多次取血作血气分析者.(2)须直接监测血压、输液及交换输血者.1.2 用具:脐血管导管(3.5FG,5.0FG),手术刀、剪,眼科弯镊,细镊、齿钳、缝针、丝线、扎脐绳,三通开关,输液泵,注射器,胶带,消毒用品等.
