我国目前已经加入了WTO,WTO的多边协议包括其中占有重要位置的金融法律对我国金融业的发展产生直接的影响,我国的金融业和相关行业一样面临着严峻的考验,要接受住考验,就必须实现我国金融法律制度与WTO金融法律制度的接轨。我国目前国际金融法的现状我国没有以“金融法”来命名
At present, China has acceded to the WTO. The multilateral agreements including the financial laws which occupy an important position in the WTO have a direct impact on the development of China’s financial industry. The financial industry in our country faces the same severe test as the related industries. To accept the test, We must achieve the integration of our country’s financial legal system and the WTO financial legal system. China’s current status of international financial law China is not named after the “Financial Law.”
