室律不齐(ventricular arrhythmia,VA)常为室颤及死亡的先兆,然而迄今仅少数研究涉及冠心病无心肌梗塞者 VA 的预后意义。1975年 Ruberman等报告冠心病有 VA 者死亡率更高,而大多数作者认为无冠心病者 VA 没有预后意义。本文作者对888例患者用动态心电图监测至少连续24小时,观察有无 VA与有无冠心病患者以后发生心脏猝死的关系。888例中冠心病444例符合以下标准1项以上:①具心绞痛,休息时心电图(ECG)有缺血型 ST-T 改
Ventricular arrhythmia (VA) is often the predictor of ventricular fibrillation and death, yet to date only a few studies have addressed the prognostic significance of VA in patients with coronary heart disease without myocardial infarction. In 1975, Ruberman et al reported that coronary heart disease with VA mortality was higher, while most authors believe that no coronary heart disease VA has no prognostic significance. The authors of 888 patients with Holter monitoring at least for 24 consecutive hours, with or without VA to observe the relationship between the occurrence of sudden cardiac death in patients with coronary heart disease. Among the 888 cases, 444 cases of coronary heart disease met the following criteria: 1) angina pectoris, resting ECG (ischemic ST-T)
