一台设备的液压缸活塞杆拉伤深度达0.8 mm,单纯采用粘接方法修复,强度可满足需求,但表面粗糙度差,密封效果不好;采用电刷镀方法修复,由于拉伤损坏深度大、面积小,镀笔不能完全接触到凹坑的底部,且镀铬沉积速度很慢,生产效率低,大厚度电刷镀铬易起泡、脱壳,且镀液价格昂贵。综合考虑,决定采用先粘接后刷镀的方法修复。
