龚育之是当代著名的中共党史学家和马克思主义理论家。他在邓小平理论研究中善于通过摘录和归纳邓小平相关言论来回应改革进程中的质疑和争论。他对邓小平理论形成标准和起点、社会主义初级阶段论、社会主义改造与改革的关系、邓小平关于“左”倾错误相关论断等的认识,使党史研究站在了改革的第一线。而他提出的“二十世纪中国三伟人”“两个宣言书”“科学思想是第一精神力量”“独特的超越”等创新观点,也深化并丰富了邓小平理论研究的宝库。
Gong Yuzhi is a famous contemporary Chinese Communist Party historian and Marxist theorist. In his study of Deng Xiaoping Theory, he was good at answering the questions and controversies in the reform process by excerpting and summarizing Deng Xiaoping’s remarks. His understanding of the standards and starting points of Deng Xiaoping Theory, the theory of the primary stage of socialism, the relationship between socialist transformation and reform, Deng Xiaoping’s understanding of the “Left” error and so on, made the study of the history of the Party a first line of reform . And he put forward such innovative ideas as “Three Great Men in the Twentieth Century” and “Two Manifestos”, “Scientific Ideology is the First Spiritual Power” and “Unique Transcendence”, and Deng Xiaoping A treasure trove of theoretical research.
