莨菪类生物碱(阿托品、山莨菪碱、东莨菪碱及樟柳碱)选择性的抑制(~aH)WB 4101与心肌及脑α_1受体的结合。它们与α_1受体的亲和力(pKi)与其拮抗苯肾上腺素兴奋离体主动脉条及左心房腺条的作用(pA_2及pK_B)之间有很好的相关性(γ=0.99)。
Isotactic alkaloids (atropine, anisodamine, scopolamine and anisodine) selectively inhibit the binding of (~ aH) WB 4101 to cardiac and brain alpha 1 receptors. There was a good correlation between their affinity for alpha 1 receptor (pKi) and their antagonism of phenylephrine excitability of isolated aortic strips and left atrial glands (pA_2 and pK_B) (γ = 0.99).
