目的通过观察干扰素雾化治疗儿童腺病毒肺炎、评估干扰素雾化治疗方法临床应用的重要意义,观察干扰素雾化治疗儿童腺病毒肺炎的效果。方法 120例初治临床诊断为腺病毒肺炎患儿,随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例。两组患儿均采用相同常规治疗,对照组加入阿糖腺苷静脉滴注,治疗组加用干扰素压缩雾化器雾化吸入,观察两组治疗效果及不良反应。结果治疗组体温正常时间、咳嗽及罗音消失时间、喘憋缓解的时间均较对照组缩短,临床疗效优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素雾化吸入治疗儿童腺病毒肺炎疗效显著,值得临床推广。
Objective To observe the clinical significance of interferon nebulization in the treatment of adenovirus pneumonia in children by interferon nebulization and to observe the effect of interferon nebulization on children with adenovirus pneumonia. Methods 120 cases of newly diagnosed clinical children with adenovirus pneumonia were randomly divided into control group and treatment group of 60 cases. The two groups of children were treated with the same routine, the control group added intravenous injection of adenosine, the treatment group with interferon-compressed nebulizer atomization inhalation, the two groups were observed treatment and adverse reactions. Results The body temperature in normal group, cough and rales disappeared, and the time for relieving asthma were shorter than those in control group. The clinical effects were better than those in control group (P <0.05). Conclusion Interferon atomization inhalation treatment of adenovirus pneumonia in children with significant effect, worthy of clinical promotion.
