目的研究紫丁香Syringa oblata籽外壳醋酸乙酯提取物的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱进行分离纯化,通过薄层色谱及波谱数据分析进行结构鉴定。结果分离得到了11个单体化合物,结构鉴定为丁香苦素A(1)、丁香苦素B(2)、丁香苦苷(3)、橄榄苦苷(4)、(8E)-ligustroside(5)、对羟基苯乙醇(6)、3,4-二羟基苯乙醇(7)、对羟基苯乙醇乙酸酯(8)、对羟基苯乙醇葡萄糖苷(9)、(+)-丁香树脂酚(10)、(+)-落叶松脂醇(11)。结论化合物1为新化合物,命名为丁香苦素A(syringopicrogenin A),其余化合物均为首次从紫丁香籽外壳中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of the ethyl acetate extract of the Syringa oblata seed shell. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by silica gel column chromatography and high performance liquid chromatography. Their structures were identified by TLC and spectral data analysis. Results Eleven monomer compounds were isolated and their structures were identified as the following compounds: 1, 1, 2, 3, 8, ligustroside (5) (6), 3,4-dihydroxyphenethyl alcohol (7), p-hydroxyphenethyl acetate (8), p-hydroxyphenethyl glucoside (9), (+) - syringaltic phenol (10), (+) - Larchone (11). Conclusion Compound 1 is a new compound named as syringopicrogenin A, and the remaining compounds were isolated from the shell of lilac seed for the first time.
