用几种国产自熔合金粉末制备喷熔层.与45淬火钢配对构成摩擦副,进行摩擦磨损试验,以相对磨损量评价喷熔层的摩擦磨损性能。
Spray-melting layer was made by using several domestic self-fluxing alloy powders, paired with 45 hardened steel to make friction pair test, and the friction and wear test was carried out. The friction and wear properties of spray layer were evaluated with relative wear amount.
