目的探讨高频超声在外周神经鞘瘤诊断中的应用价值。方法回顾性分析经手术病理证实的外周神经鞘瘤37例,对其声像图表现进行总结,并与其易误诊病变进行鉴别诊断。结果外周神经鞘瘤在声像图表现上可分为三型,无论是何种分型均可在肿瘤长轴的一端或两端边缘找到与之相连的神经干细尾状低回声,称“鼠尾征”。结论高频超声声像图特征结合临床能够比较准确地对外周神经鞘瘤作出诊断,在外周神经鞘瘤的诊断中有重要的实用价值。
Objective To investigate the value of high-frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of peripheral schwannoma. Methods Retrospective analysis of 37 cases of peripheral nerve sheath tumors confirmed by surgery and pathology, the summary of the sonographic findings, and its easy misdiagnosis of the differential diagnosis. Results Peripheral schwannoma in the performance of sonography can be divided into three types, no matter what type of tumor can be found at one or both ends of the long axis of the associated neural stem tail caudal hypoechoic, known as “Rat tail sign.” Conclusion High-frequency ultrasonography features combined with clinical diagnosis of peripheral nerve sheath tumors can be more accurately diagnosed peripheral nerve sheath tumors in the diagnosis of important practical value.
