干扰物质是时间分辨荧光法测定痕量铀的主要干扰因素。其干扰主要表现答案对激发光和荧光的吸收、对荧光寿命的降低和荧光络合物的破坏等几个方面。本工作研究了铀酰离子荧光分析中的几种主要干扰因素,如酸度、铁离子、硝酸根等的影响机理和影响程度。
Interfering substances are the main disturbing factors for the determination of trace uranium by time-resolved fluorescence spectrometry. The interference of the main performance of the answer to the excitation light and fluorescence absorption, fluorescence life expectancy reduction and the destruction of fluorescent complexes, and several other aspects. In this work, we studied several main interference factors in uranyl ion fluorescence analysis, such as acidity, ferric ions, nitrate and other influencing mechanisms and degree of influence.
