接口套是我厂全液压挖掘机的关键零件,它关系到油管接头的牢固性和密封性。该零件要求表面有0.02～0.05毫米的氰化层,硬度HRC 50以上,心部则要软韧。我厂生产的接口套基本达到要求,但有时不稳定。时而脆,接口收不紧;时而表层不硬,接口刻不进钢管,不密封。为进一步提高我厂接口套质量,我们收集了日本、法国接口套样品,在材质、性能、金相组织和热处理工艺上与我厂产品作了比较。
Interface sleeve is a key part of our full hydraulic excavator, it is related to the tightness and tightness of the tubing joint. The part requires a cyanide layer of 0.02 to 0.05 mm on the surface, a hardness of HRC 50 or more, and a soft, tough heart. I produced the interface of the basic set to meet the requirements, but sometimes unstable. Sometimes brittle, the interface closed tight; sometimes the surface is not hard, the interface carved into the pipe, not sealed. In order to further improve the quality of the interface cover of our factory, we have collected samples of Japan and France interface sets and compared it with the products of our factory on the material, performance, microstructure and heat treatment process.
