目的研究环氧合酶-2抑制剂SC236对人胃癌细胞株增殖及侵袭能力的影响,探讨环氧合酶-2抑制剂用于胃癌转移治疗的可能性。方法人胃癌细胞株SGC7901经环氧合酶-2抑制剂SC236处理后,用MTT法检测其增殖能力的变化,用黏附基质分析法和Transwell法检测其侵袭能力的变化。结果经SC236处理后,SGC7901的增殖受到抑制,细胞侵袭能力下降,黏附率下降,运动能力减低。结论SC236能有效抑制胃癌细胞的生长,明显减低其侵袭能力。环氧合酶-2抑制剂有望成为治疗胃癌转移的有效药物。
Objective To study the effect of cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor SC236 on the proliferation and invasion of human gastric cancer cell lines and to explore the possibility of cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors for gastric cancer metastasis. Methods Human gastric cancer cell line SGC7901 was treated with cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitor SC236 and the proliferation of SGC7901 cells was detected by MTT assay. The invasion ability of SGC7901 cells was detected by adhesion matrix assay and Transwell assay. Results After treated with SC236, the proliferation of SGC7901 was inhibited, the cell invasion ability decreased, the adhesion rate decreased and the exercise capacity decreased. Conclusion SC236 can effectively inhibit the growth of gastric cancer cells and significantly reduce its invasive ability. Cyclooxygenase-2 inhibitors are expected to become effective drugs for the treatment of gastric cancer metastasis.
