国内外开展高技术材料研究的概况1957年苏联第一颗人造卫星上天之后,美国总结出一条深刻的教训:材料落后了!于是急起直追,在全国范围内成立了十二个材料科学发展中心,大力加强新材料的研究。最近美国拟定的“战略防御计划”,把材料研究放到了十分重要的位置。1981年,日本科技厅制定了“创造科学技术推进计划”,七个研究项目中有四项与新型材料有关;日本通产省制定的“下世纪产业基础技术研究开发
