高校在发展图书馆移动服务时,及时认知用户对移动图书馆的感知行为并动态指导其建设,将成为移动图书馆建设成败的重要行为准则。为整体了解国内用户行为方面的研究进展,文章调查统计了国内移动图书馆用户感知行为的相关文献,重点对移动图书馆用户感知行为阶段、调查对象、研究设计方法、模型构建及影响因素进行归纳与讨论,并对后续有关移动图书馆的感知行为研究提出了4点建议,以动态研究用户的移动图书馆感知行为,从而真正掌握使用者的实际使用行为,提高图书馆移动服务质量。
When developing mobile services in libraries, recognizing users’ perception of mobile libraries in a timely manner and dynamically guiding the construction of mobile libraries will become an important code of conduct for the construction of mobile libraries. In order to understand the research progress of domestic user behavior as a whole, this paper investigates and computes relevant literature about users ’perception behavior of mobile libraries in China, and mainly summarizes the stages, subjects, research design methods, model construction and influencing factors of mobile library users’ perception behavior And discussed the following four suggestions on mobile library perceived behavior research to dynamically study the user’s mobile library perception behavior, so as to truly grasp the user’s actual use behavior and improve the mobile service quality of the library.
