在我们畜牧生产战线上, 热心工作, 努力学习,坚守工作岗位的女饲养员——王儒同志。她是在一九五一年到萨尔图畜牧农场参加小牛饲养工作的,这项工作是比较复杂的而且要有耐性的人才能做好。饲养小牛这项工作在她来说还是一件完全陌生的工作。当她到场不久的时候就有的男女工友和她说:‘饲养牛这项工作不是好干的的,又埋汰(脏的意思),又没有前途。在这些言词里含有一点威胁,一个从家庭妇女出身的她在思想上不能不受到一些波动。可是她还是半信半疑的坚持着工作,每天遵循着畜牧饲养工作的特点起早贪黑的喂小牛、挑水、有时挤乳,一连几个月过去了,对小牛饲养工作也抓住了规律,工作渐渐走上了轨道。在实际工作中体会了工作的的意义使她半信半疑的心理逐渐消失了。她不但每天参加业余活动,并在党和上级的关怀下参加了业余文化学习,从认生字逐渐由浅到深的能看报纸和一般的书籍,提高了政治觉
