当前油田产业结构调整正如火如荼的进行,油田企业人员结构发生了巨大的变化,退休人员为青海油田建设和发展做出了巨大贡献,虽然退休以后人不再在工作岗位上,但是他们依旧关心自己公司的发展情况,积极发挥着他们的专业及经验优势。基于此,文章从不同角度针对如何进一步推进青海油田退休职工管理工作展开了分析和研究,希望可以为油田退休职工管理工作者提供一些帮助。
