The European Union’s 15th Minister of Transport meeting held not long ago opened less than half an hour, and it unanimously decided to officially launch the European Galileo navigation satellite system plan that is independent of the United States GPS. For Europe as a whole, this is tantamount to saying “No” to the United States again. However, this “no” word can be incredible. It is the final sentiment of the entire European community after four years of discussion and debate.
