应用时域无量纲因子及频域功率谱特征因子诊断滚动轴承故障,由于计算简便,判断容易,适宜于在线监测或点检采用。本文通过大量实验分析,论述了各特徵因子对滚动轴承点蚀(剥落)或磨损故障诊断的敏感度,转速或经向力变动对各因子的影响以及运行时间对各因子变动趋势的影响。分析结果可用于滚动轴承的故障诊断。
The time-domain dimensionless factor and frequency-domain power spectrum characteristic factors are used to diagnose rolling bearing faults. Because of the simple calculation, the judgment is easy and suitable for on-line monitoring or spot check. In this paper, through a large number of experimental analysis, the influence of each characteristic factor on the sensitivity of the rolling bearing pitting (flaking) or abrasion fault diagnosis, the influence of the variation of rotational speed or meridional force on each factor and the influence of running time on the variation trend of each factor are discussed. The results of the analysis can be used for the fault diagnosis of rolling bearings.
