由于高职院校的自身特点,学生体育课教学的连续性和整体性被打乱,原有的传统教学方法在课堂实践中的局限性日益体现。如何在分散的时间段内更好地完成教学目标和任务,激发学生运动的兴趣,奠定终身体育的意识。文章通过分类教学的模式,把技能接近的学生分在同班。采用讲解示范同步,练习观察同步,强调和加强纠错的重要性和自觉性,以及通过实战熟悉所学,及时发现和解决问题。文章采用文献资料法、对比分析法和数据统计法,将实验组与对照组学生进行了对比,得出结论:实验组学生在兴趣、技术、自主学习能力和综合运用能力上高于对照组,但在动作的规范程度上不如对照组的学生。
Due to the characteristics of higher vocational colleges, the continuity and integrity of students’ teaching of physical education are disrupted. The limitations of the traditional teaching methods in the practice of the classroom are increasingly reflected. How to accomplish the teaching goals and tasks better during the decentralized period of time, arouse students’ interest in sports and lay the awareness of lifelong physical education. Articles through the classification of teaching mode, the skills of students close to the same class. Employing the principles of demonstrating synchronization, observing and observing synchronization, emphasizing and strengthening the importance and consciousness of error correction, and learning through actual combat, we can detect and solve problems in time. By using the methods of literature review, comparative analysis and data statistics, the article compares the experimental group with the control group students, and concludes that the experimental group students are higher than the control group in interest, technology, self-learning ability and comprehensive utilization ability, However, the standard of action is not as good as the control group of students.
